2 posh promo flow chart

we have finally finished the promo trailer today. suffice to say it was exhausting to get done but we luckily got to get the promo up to a great standard before finishing. on friday the 17th are group went out to film the final parts of the promo for the edit unfortunately however a few of the shots weren't as good as we had originally hoped as well as certain key shots that weren't even filmed. all day yesterday the 20th me and my editing team all sat down together to help edit the promo trailer it went well and although there was the odd technical hiccup we managed to make it through the day with alistar taking one of the final clips back to edit it in his spare time. and finally today we finished the promo and showed it of to foxy who praised some of the shots we had used and also went through it and helped critisces certain parts to help us achieve a better understanding of what we could have done. overall though the project went fairly well and i look forward to hearing back from our clint to hear what she thinks.

today we established half of the time line as we are still unsure as to what exactly it is that we are editing as we still don't have a finished story board. our sound tem are also working on deciding on a song and haves managed to find a local band that we may be able to use. the story board to is being further developed as well as filming being done on multiple locations. we also established as to how we would work as an editing team with myself overseeing the edit whilst my team works on smaller segments, once there segment is complete i have to review it and then add it to the main timeline to help work towards the main edit.

today the story boarders and researchers are currently in a meeting discussing there plans for the promo for 2posh2pitch. they are currently in a meeting with the producer and the director deciding on shot types for the promo along with working with the director of photography. they are also working closely with the editors to help make sure that the final product is as close to there vision as possible. we also decided on a lead editor and i myself was appointed the position of lead editor, this means that i am now responsible for the editing side of the project as well as the organisation of the edit, we are currently in the process of creating a folder on the server to allow us to upload are edit swell as work together on the edit.we also plan on working with niamh and peyton to help choose the music to go along with the promo edit.
