With this assessment we were tasked with deciding upon a way to help improve the company 2 posh 2 pitch. This is a company which specializes on glamping in Norfolk; glamping is a type of camping which is much more luxurious than traditional camping. The company that we are helping to improve is known as 2 posh 2 pitch have 4 different packages currently available empty tent, glamp it up, chill out and party tent. Each package gets progressively more expensive as each package contains more luxuries such as beds or lighting. On Friday the 19 several members of our team went off to meet up with the client to ask her as to what she would like to see within the promo trailer. When the group returned the following Tuesday we were informed of what the client would like to see within the promo trailer along with what they liked along with what they didn’t like from our suggestions. With this new information we were able to re-iterate what our plan was and what we would do as a promo. We were told that the client would like the promo to focus more on the areas around Norfolk to help entice more tourists along with showing only nice weather in the promo. When the team suggested our ideas  the client decided that it would be better to not use one of our original ideas of having the promo follow a young girl growing up instead she preferred the idea of having the trailer show the clients relaxing within their tent after having been in the busy city un-able to relax. With this in hand are group began to brainstorm ideas together working within the clients brief to help establish what exactly it is we are doing along with finalizing our vision for the promo. First we started with our original idea this was to have multiple shots of different families enjoying their glamping experience we instead however began to change the idea with it shifting more towards a road trip idea that would focus on the family and there holiday and then on to having two different families having two different experiences due to the fact that one chose glamping and the other did not. We were then told that with the later idea that we were beginning to mimic the other group and that we could either do the same idea or create our own, as a group we decided that it would be in our best interests to be original. At the same time the group also agreed that we should definitely do a promo trailer. With this in hand we decided to establish a running time with the maximum being roughly 2 minutes. Niamh then suggested that we should use a butterfly flying across the screen as a transition effect and the class all agreed. Whilst Jake and Arron wrote down a timeline I suggested that we should only reveal that is a tent at the end of the promo. My position in the group is one of the many editors my role will consist of working closely with the director to help create the same vision he has in mind, I was asked to be lead editor but I declined as I felt the Marcelo or alister would be better suited for the job.
